Tour 1 - Round the Grossglockner
This route takes you from Lienz and over the Iselsberg to Heiligenblut. From there you take the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, over the Grossglockner to Ferleiten and Zell am See. There you take the road to Mittersill where you turn left, through the Felbertauern tunnel and back through the valley of the Isel to Lienz. Total length of curcuit: 337 kilometres.

Tour 2 - The grand Gerlos round trip
This route goes from Lienz to Heiligenblut, over the Grossglockner to Zell am See. From there take the road to Saalfelden and on to Lofer. Then on to Aschau in Zillertal, passing Kitzbühel and Wörgl. Through the Gerlos valley and over the Gerlos pass to Mittersill, where you can choose your route back to Lienz, either taking the Felbertauern road and the Isel valley or the Grossglockner and the Möll valley. This route is 410 km long.

Tour 3 - Grossglockner & Nockalm
From Lienz over the Iselsberg and through the beautiful Möll valley to Spittal/Drau. On to Radenthein and the Nockalm road (toll) and back to Spittal. From there to Mallnitz, taking the Tauern motorail service to Bad Gastein, Dorfgastein and Taxenbach. From there take the Grossglockner High Alpine Road (toll) back to Lienz. Total distance: 319 km
Tour 4 -Villacher Alpenstraße & Goldeck
Leave Lienz and head for Oberdrauburg where you take the road over the Gailberg pass and through the Gail valley to Hermagor. The small villages along this route are fascinating. From Arnoldstein head to Villach and then on to Bad Bleiberg and Feistritz. The rest of this 386-km route takes you to Spittal/Drau, through the lower Möll valley and over the Iselsberg back to Lienz.
